  1. It’s amazing how you are so in tune with so many characters!! I have trouble writing just one story with far fewer characters!!

    1. Thanks Vera, glad you enjoyed this story. Yes Alex can be intense, and a little scary sometimes! That’s one of the things that interests me about her, and Katherine can put her in her place really easily! 🙂

  2. I had a feeling of deja vu reading this one, darling — but I can’t put my finger on it — you’ve written a similar scene to this, haven’t you? Please point me in the right direction and put me out of my misery. Ah, well, this was a sweet encounter.

    1. Aha, you’ve got a good memory, yes I think it may be another of Alexand’s stalking episodes called Amanojuko Part 1 which is here http://wp.me/pXe9M-hE in which Alex is drooling over a very professional and prim Katherine, who is doing her best to ignore her advances.

  3. Hi Cheryl! Fantastic addition – so nice to have the origin of this love affair. Love the black humour too. Your drawings are so distinctive and perfect for this world.

  4. Amazing. I view your sketches with total awe and then wonder how you manage to string such an amazing story line to go along with these characters. What a combination of talent you have. Yes, I know it requires commitment and hard work on your part, but I’m still in awe. You produce world class work time and time again.

  5. The sketches really accent the stories, or vice versa. 🙂 Great character developments. Glad I found this to check in on now and then.

  6. I think I’ve said it before, but I really like these two. It is funny reading the back story when we’ve already seen into their future, but somehow that just adds to the tension. I agree with the others; you must have a very complex mind to be able to keep track of it all 🙂

    1. Hi Alison, thank you, I’m glad you like Alex and Katherine, as they’re both favourite characters of mine. As for keeping track, I sort of live there when I can! Glad I can share this with you.

      1. Scary place to live! I thought you might though; the pictures you have in your head of the whole thing are too vivid for anything. The whole thing is amazing though, a great piece of work and skill.
